Having someone in your life who asks the right questions without any attachment or projections plus some insight and knowledge is invaluable. I recently learnt that the Depression I experience is not what I thought it is. After some quizzing by my Naturopath we settled with what I feel is not Depression but an Anxiety attack. Anxiety has similar symptoms to Depression, yet the difference is very important, as it is treated with a different herb and approach.
